September 12, Fineko/abc.az. In January–August 2025, the production of edible oils in Azerbaijan showed mixed trends compared to last year.

According to ABC.AZ, citing the State Statistics Committee, production of liquid vegetable oils decreased by 2%, totaling 25,643.4 tons.

Margarine production increased by 3.3%, reaching 31,653.5 tons.

Production of cream and sour cream amounted to 6,723.7 tons, showing a slight increase of 0.4%.

Butter production fell by 7.8% compared to the same period last year, totaling 17,886.4 tons.
