September 8, Fineko/abc.az. From January to August 2025, real estate buyers in Azerbaijan who paid via non-cash transactions received AZN 20,176,600 in value-added tax (VAT) refunds.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the State Tax Service, that the program to refund a portion of VAT to individuals purchasing residential and commercial properties from construction companies through non-cash payments continues successfully in Azerbaijan.
