September 5, Fineko/abc.az. Cyberattacks against Azerbaijan continue uninterruptedly and are registered almost every day.

According to ABC.AZ, which cites Report, the head of the Department of the State Service for Special Communications and Information Security Tural Mammadov told journalists that the intensity of attacks fluctuates at different times:

"Under normal conditions, for example, we observe DDoS attacks daily in certain volumes. However, there are also cases of phishing attacks, email operations, as well as the more discussed in recent days cases of infection of citizens and interception of data via Telegram." Mammadov added that all these processes are under constant monitoring:

"In case of more serious cyberattacks, special groups are allocated to investigate them, an analysis is carried out, and the results are transferred to the relevant agencies. This allows us to identify the parties behind the attacks and take measures in other areas."
