August 28, Fineko/abc.az. American IT corporation Google intends to invest $9 billion in artificial intelligence data centers, data processing, and cloud storage infrastructure.

According to ABC.AZ, this was stated in the company’s official blog. Google plans to build a data center in Chesterfield County and expand its infrastructure in Loudoun and Prince William counties. The project is expected to be completed by 2026.

In July, information appeared about the company’s plans to invest $25 billion in IT centers in the United States. Google has also allocated $3 billion to modernize hydroelectric power plants in Pennsylvania amid rising electricity demand from data centers and AI facilities.
