Azerbaijan’s sugar exports increase by more than 66%

August 26, Fineko/abc.az. In January–July 2025, Azerbaijan exported more than 43,000 tons of sugar worth $30.6 million.

According to ABC.AZ, citing the State Customs Committee, compared to the same period in 2024, the value of exports increased by 55.14% (or $10.8 million), while the volume rose by 66.58% (or 10,800 tons). In the first seven months of this year, sugar accounted for 0.20% of total exports and 1.46% of non-oil exports.
