August 8, Fineko/abc.az. An innovation center will open in Ganja at the end of this year, ABC.AZ reports, quoting the chairman of the Agency for Innovations & Digital Development, Farid Osmanov. 

"Our goal is to support the creation of startup ecosystems not only in Baku, but also in the regions, both financially and morally, including through such acceleration programs," he said.
Osmanov noted that such a cluster will soon be created at the Nakhchivan State University.
