August 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the Procedure for using motorways as toll roads. 

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree.

According to the decree, henceforth, entry or exit from toll highways using roads (places) bypassing toll collection points, as well as using service crossing lanes intended for users with the right of free passage, entails liability. Until now, responsibility has been imposed only for exiting or entering a toll highway using roads outside toll collection points, without passing through toll collection points.
