July 30, Fineko/abc.az. There are currently 276 pensioners aged 100 years and older living in Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of the Population.

It is noted that 41 of them are men and 235 are women.

The oldest pensioner in the country is Tamam Ali gizi Azizova, a 135-year-old resident of Lankaran.
