July 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety (AQTI) under the Food Safety Agency completed 2024 with net profit of 3.462 million manats (9.2% less than in 2023), ABC.AZ informs with reference to Institute’s financial report.

Last year, the main operating income of the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety amounted to 21.442 million manats (13.4% more than a year earlier), other operating income - 11.021 million manats (8.6% more), the cost of used material resources - 4.541 million manats (16.6% more), staff costs - 14.499 million manats. manats (21.8% more), depreciation costs - 5,933 million, other operating expenses - 3,162 million manats (22% more), and tax payments - 866 million manats (9.1% less).

As of January 1, 2025, Institute’s assets totaled 55.99 million manats, which is slightly more than a year ago. Institute's liabilities decreased 3.4-fold to 744,000 manats, and the balance sheet capital grew by 3.3% up to 55.245 million manats.
