July 25, Fineko/abc.az. Minsk is negotiating with Moscow on the possibility of refinancing previously received loans and attracting new loans.

ABC.AZ reports that Belarusian Finance Minister Yuri Seliverstov informed about this to journalists yesterday.

"Today, the issues of financing oil refining and attracting financing to the budget are at the top. We are actively cooperating on financing both investment projects and direct financing," he added.

The conference will be attended by government delegations from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
