July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Automaker Stellantis finished the first six months of this year with loss of 2.3 billion euros.

ABC.AZ informs that the company announced this in a published preliminary report on the unverified results.

Analysts surveyed by Visible Alpha had forecast an average net profit of 1.19 billion euros on revenue of 74.93 billion euros.

Stellantis reported that the half-year results include 3.3 billion euros of expenses incurred, in particular, due to the curtailment of programs, restructuring, as well as the cancellation of fines for companies whose cars do not meet fuel consumption requirements.

Earlier this year, Stellantis withdrew its forecast for the current fiscal year amid difficulties in predicting the effects of U.S. import duties on various goods, including cars.

The company estimates the negative effect of the U.S. tariffs and the measures taken by Stellantis in connection with them at 300 million euros.

The company will publish its final financial statements for the 1st half of the year on July 29.

Since the beginning of 2025, the capitalization of Stellantis has fallen by 38.1%.
