July 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan imported fertilizers for $46.354 million for Jan-Jun 2025 (11.8% more versus the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee.

The cost of fertilizer exports from Azerbaijan reached $92.822 million (75% more than 1 year ago).

Fertilizer imports made up 0.4% of Azerbaijan's overall imports, while exports - 0.72% of overall exports.

In the 1st half of the year, Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with foreign countries for totally $24.4 billion (12.1% more against Jan-Jun 2024).

Of the foreign trade turnover, $12.878 billion accounted for exports and $11.522 billion for imports. This year, exports decreased by 0.2%, while imports increased by 29.9%.
