July 11, Fineko/abc.az. German Chancellor Merz stated that Russia should pay 500 billion euros to Ukraine.

ABC.AZ informs that according to Merz, the material damage is estimated at approx. 500 billion euros.

"Russia should pay for this damage. Until this happens, Russia should not and will not have access to frozen Russian assets," Merz said.
