July 10, Fineko/abc.az. The loading and unloading operations in the seaports of Azerbaijan for Jan-Mar 2025 amounted to 3,482 tons (4.9% more against Jan-Mar 2024).

The largest share accounted for transit cargo of 2.88 million tons (7.6% more than a year earlier), ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

The export cargo grew by 5.4% up to 62,600 tons, but imported cargo fell by 485,600 tons (a drop of 10.6% versus Jan-Mar 2024).

Coastal cargoes (which were not recorded last year) this year totaled 25,200 tons. The volume of cargo not related to maritime transport reached 28,200 tons (a drop of 30.2%).
