July 2, Fineko/abc.az. Print media outlets operating without registration in the Media Register will be fined up to 5,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in new article 381.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences, discussed at yesterday's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Human Rights.
