On June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Billionaire Warren Buffett has donated $6 billion worth of Berkshire Hathaway shares to charity. 

AB.AZ reports that this is his largest annual donation. Buffett reportedly donated nearly 12.36 million shares to 5 charities on June 27. So, 9.43 million shares were transferred to the Gates Foundation, 943,000 shares to the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation, and 660,000 shares to three charities run by his children Howard and Peter. Buffett, who is now 94 years old, began donating his fortune in 2006. Since then, the billionaire has donated approx. $60 bn.
