A digital service under creation in Russia includes functions of national messenger

June 24, Fineko/abc.az. The State Duma (RF) has adopted a law on the creation of a national multifunctional information exchange service in Russia.

ABC.AZ informs that the platform will combine messenger functions and services aimed at providing public services. Such a service will be Max messenger, which should become an alternative to Telegram in Russia.
