June 3, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said that the second round of direct talks on Ukraine in Istanbul on June 2 was held in constructive atmosphere.

ABC.AZ informs that he expressed the hope that in the coming days the parties will begin working at the technical level on the memoranda that they exchanged.

Fidan added that during the new Istanbul meeting, the parties decided to continue preparations for a possible meeting at the leadership level.

"Guided by the collective will of our leaders, the results-oriented approach demonstrated by both sides to end the losses caused by the war is commendable," Fidan emphasized.
