June 3, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish low-cost airline AJet (Turkish Airlines trademark) has launched flights from Istanbul (Turkey) to Nakhchivan (Azerbaijan) and in the opposite direction.

ABC.AZ reports that flights are operated twice a week - on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

The plane, which took off from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport at 05:55 local time, landed at Nakhchivan International Airport at 09:05 (Baku time).

Until now, the Nakhchivan-Istanbul-Nakhchivan flight was operated by Turkish Airlines, and the ticket price ranged from 300 to 600 manats.

The cost of tickets for the AJet flight starts from 120 manats.
