May 27, Fineko/abc.az. In the European Union, sales of electric vehicles by American company Tesla, founded by billionaire Elon Musk, are sharply declining. In April, 5,475 Tesla cars were sold in the EU (52.6% less versus April 2024).

ABC.AZ informs that this was announced on Tuesday, May 27, by the European Association of Automobile Manufacturers ACEA.

It is noted that in the first 4 months of 2025, Tesla's sales figures fell by 46.1% year-on-year to 41,677 vehicles.
