May 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Lachin Airport has been awarded the international status.

ABC.AZ informs that the order was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has been tasked to send relevant information to international organizations.

The resolution comes into force from the date of signing.

The Lachin Airport will be put into operation in 2025 and will become the 9th international airport in Azerbaijan, including the 3rd in the liberated territories.
