September 19, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has ordered on the allocation of AZN 3 million to the State Motor Road Agency for reconstruction of highway Alat-Astara-Iranian border (81 km)-Bilasuvar.

The relevant presidential decree says that finances for repair and restoration work will be given from the Presidential Reserve Fund of the State Budget 2018.
