May 19, Fineko/abc.az. From January to April 2025, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 262 apartments in Turkey.

ABC.Z informs that according to the Statistical Office of Turkey, the figure is by 39 apartments, or 17.5%, more than in the first 4 months of 2024.

In April alone, Azerbaijani citizens bought 59 apartments in Turkey (5 apartments, or 9.2% more than in April 2024).

This April, Azerbaijani citizens took the 6th place in the list of foreign citizens who bought a house in Turkey.

In general, for Jan-Apr 2025, 6,049 apartments were sold to foreign citizens in Turkey (964 apartments, or 13.7% less against the 2024 same term).
