May 8, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish Airlines will not operate flights to and from Pakistan on May 8 and 9 due to the situation in the region, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the airline.

"Because of the political instability in Asia, our flights to Islamabad and Lahore on Thursday, May 8, and Friday, May 9, have been canceled," the airline says.

Thus, six flights in both directions between Istanbul, Islamabad and Lahore will not be operated.

Tickets purchased before May 7 for these destinations can be returned or rescheduled for other dates at no additional cost, the company informs.
