May 5, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, Azerbaijan's cargo airlines increased their revenues by 23.5%.

ABC.AZ informs that last year, the air carriers earned about $1.56 bn, or 2.657 bn manats. In 2023, this figure was 2.15 bn manats.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the volume of cargo transportation increased by 17% over the year and reached 418,800 tons.

As of January 1, 2025, 13,762 people are employed in the field of air transport in Azerbaijan, which is 10.8% more than a year earlier.
