May 5, Fineko/abc.az. U.S. President Donald Trump announced the introduction of 100% customs duties on all foreign films.

ABC.AZ informs that according to Trump, foreign countries are luring American filmmakers, which threatens the national security of the United States and promotes the spread of propaganda.

Trump instructed the Department of Commerce and the U.S. Trade Representative to immediately begin the process of introducing new tariffs. This decision was a continuation of the previously announced duties on products from 185 countries, which entered into force in April.
