April 23, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) has been increased by 1.09 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs that company’s authorized capital increased from 906,061,960 manats up to 1,996,077,950 manats.

ADY was created by the presidential order on July 20, 2009. The company's charter and structure were approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on February 15, 2010.
