April 16, Fineko/abc.az. Food prices in the world will remain at a high level this year, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the report of the Eurasian Stabilization & Development Fund.

"Food prices are expected to remain high, and their volatility will also remain high due to the impact of extreme weather conditions on yields in different regions," the report says.

At that, analysts expect that the average annual gold price for the year will exceed $2,800 per ounce.
