April 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Mar 2025, there was significant revival in the field of public catering in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that compared with Jan-Mar 2024, turnover of public catering increased by 17.6% up to 561.3 million manats.

More than half of the turnover in public catering - 50.9% accounted for legal entities, and the remaining part - 49.1% for  individuals engaged in this business activity.

Legal entities achieved 17.5% growth, increasing turnover to 282.8 million manats.
