April 11, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Feb 2025, taking into account the statistical assessment of exports of crude oil and natural gas registered by the customs authorities of Azerbaijan, but customs clearance, which was not fully completed, the country's foreign trade turnover amounted to $8.904 billion.
ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Statistics Committee, that of them, $4.766 billion, or 53.53%, accounted for exports, and $4.138 billion, or 46.47%, accounted for imports.
As a result, trade balance of $628.45 million formed.
Compared with Jan-Feb 2024, foreign trade turnover increased by 23.22% in actual prices and by 9.2% in real terms.
During this period, imports grew by 69.13%, while exports decreased by 0.28%.
Non-oil exports reached $485 million (6.6% more in actual prices versus Jan-Feb 2024, but 12.6% lower in real terms).
According to the SCC, the main partner countries in the structure of foreign trade turnover in the first two months of 2025 were the following countries:
