April 10, Fineko/abc.az. Consultations between the Russian Federation and the United States in Istanbul on the normalization of the embassies have been completed, they lasted almost six hours.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting ended without any press statements.

It is expected that the results of the negotiations will be announced later by the foreign ministries of the two countries.

The Russian delegation at the second meeting was again headed by Ambassador to Washington Alexander Darchiev (in February he served as Director of the North Atlantic Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), the U.S. delegation was headed by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Sonata Coulter.
