April 4, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 2 months of 2025, the number of foreigners coming to Azerbaijan reached 338,554 people (0.1% less than a year earlier).
ABC.AZ informs that 65.7% of the visitors, or 222,391 people, traveled for tourist purposes.
At that, expenses of foreigners in our country amounted to 402.35 million manats (2% more than a year ago). 184,800 manats were spent on transportation, 84,400 manats on accommodation, 73,400 manats on food, 2,300 manats on culture and 170,600 manats on purchase of a tourist package.
