March 6, Fineko/abc.az. A new chief operating officer of the Agency for Innovations & Digital Development under the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport has been appointed.

ABC.AZ reports that this task was assigned to Elvin Mammadov.

Prior to this appointment, Mammadov worked as an adviser to the chairman of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Development.

From August 2022 to the present, Mammadov worked at Cyberpoint as the head of the finance department, and from 2019 to 2022 as the chief financial administrator of Yalama Agropark LLC.

He received a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, as well as a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance.
