Azercosmos increased exports of satellite telecommunications services in January

February 28, Fineko/abc.az. This January, Azerbaijan’s Azercosmos Space Agency (under the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport) exported satellite telecommunications services for $1.5 million (7% more than in January 2024).

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the February issue of the Expert Review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.

In January 2025, 88 companies from 36 countries imported satellite communications services. The number of countries decreased by 6 against 2024.

The main export destinations were Luxembourg, Great Britain, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, Tanzania and South Africa.

During the reported period, the share of Azercosmos' export revenues in total revenues decreased from 75% to 69%.
