February 26, Fineko/abc.az. The benefits to be provided to passengers in connection with flight schedule change have been determined.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the Rules of commercial air carriages, passenger, baggage, cargo and mail transportation, approved by the Cabinet Ministers.

According to the resolution, in case of changes in transportation due to change in the flight schedule (except for force majeure), the carrier is obliged to arrange for passengers to receive follow-up services without payment during the time when it cannot carry out passenger transportation via the route indicated in the ticket.
