February 24, Fineko/abc.az. Negotiations on a deal between the U.S. and Ukraine on the extraction of Ukrainian minerals by American companies are in the final stages, ABC.AZ informs, quoting Ukrainian Deputy PM Olha Stefanishynaas writing this on X.

Vladimir Zelensky offered the U.S. the right to mine rare earth metals in Ukraine. American President Donald Trump became interested in this and sent an agreement according to which 50% of the revenues from resource extraction and the operation of ports and other infrastructure will go to a special U.S. fund until the American side receives $500 bn for the assistance provided.
