February 20, Fineko/abc.az. Volvo is preparing electric sedan ES90, the car with the highest computing performance. Built on SPA2 platform and using the Superset technology stack, the electric car is equipped with a dual Nvidia Drive AGX Orin supercomputers.

ABC.AZ informs that a system with capacity of 508 trillion operations per second (TOPS), provides instant processing of sensor data, manages AI-based active security systems in real time, and optimizes energy distribution.

The dual-Orin system represents significant improvement over previous Volvo solutions. The new supercomputer provides an eight-fold increase in performance compared to Nvidia Xavier, which was used in 2018 when Volvo announced strategic partnership with Nvidia.

Volvo expects that with the ES90 it will be able to overcome these difficulties and create a fully adaptive car.
