January 10, Fineko/abc.az. For the first time in Azerbaijan, EEL Electronics will begin manufacturing chargers for electric vehicles, ABC.AZ reports, quoting company’s technical director Ruslan Shikhaliev.

He added that company's output is used in repair and restoration work in Karabakh region.

"Our company became a resident of the Aghdam Industrial Park in 2022, and production began in September 2024. At the first stage of production, control panels with power of 0-4 kW are manufactured, as well as electrical outlets for 6, 10 and 35 kW. Currently, we have employed about 45 local residents. The second stage provides for the production of complete concrete transformer stations in the form of concrete kiosks. At this stage, we plan to employ another 70-80 people from among the local residents," he said.
