December 29, Fineko/abc.az. A service fee will be charged for sending an e-notification.
ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on State Duty, discussed at a meeting of the parliament.
According to the draft, upon payment of the stipulated state duties, a service fee in the amount of 0.02 manats will be charged in accordance with the e-notification drawn up on the legal act according to which each state duty should be charged, and transferred to the state account of this body in order to strengthen social protection and improve the material security of employees of the body (structure), determined by the relevant executive authority.
The procedure for using these finances will be determined by the body (institution) defined by the relevant executive authority.
The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the third reading.
