December 28, Fineko/abc.az. Regular flights via route Ashgabat-Moscow-Ashgabat route have been canceled for a month from December 30, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Turkmenistan Airlines.

"Turkmenistan Airlines informs that regular flights via Ashgabat-Moscow-Ashgabat route from 30 December 2024 to 31 January 2025 have been canceled. We inform you that you can return the money in full," the statement says.

Several foreign airlines have suspended flights to Russia following the crash of AZAL plane Embraer 190 on December 25 near the city of Aktau of Kazakhstan. AZAL itself is among them, as well as Kazakhstan's Qazaq Air, Israel's El Al, and flydubai from the UAE.
