December 17, Fineko/abc.az. The German economy continues its decline and is approaching the point of no return, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the calculations of various analysts.

"After five years of stagnation, the German economy is now 5% smaller than it would have been if the pre–pandemic growth trend had persisted," the article says.

As for the causes of what is happening, experts identify two main ones among them: the refusal from Russian energy carriers and the decline of the German automotive industry. The latter does not stand up to competition with Chinese manufacturers.
