December 17, Fineko/abc.az. The EAEU countries plan to use long-term mechanisms in the field of cooperation in agriculture, and may conclude an agreement on collective food security, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Russian PM Mikhayil Mishustin.

"The initiative to conclude a separate international treaty on collective food security is also being discussed. It should cover not only the supply of final products, but also allow us to jointly develop the breeding and seed stock of our countries," he said.

Mishustin stressed that the agro-industrial sector is one of the most dynamically developing areas of cooperation within the EAEU.
