1% of electric car owners consider matter of return to gasoline cars

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. According to a new Global EV Alliance survey of 23,000 respondents from 18 countries, only 1% of owners are considering the issue of return to gasoline cars. 92% of electric car owners plan to buy an electric car again.

ABC.AZ reports that the main reasons for loyalty to electric transport were low operating costs - they were noted by 45% of respondents. For 40%, it is important to reduce the impact on the climate, and 32% appreciate the absence of noise and care for the local environment.

However, data from other studies paint a less optimistic picture. According to S&P Global Mobility, excluding Tesla, almost half of families with electric vehicles still buy a car with an internal combustion engine at the next purchase.
