November 18, Fineko/abc.az. It is planned to allocate 515.6 million manats from the State Budget of Azerbaijan for 2025 for transport and communications expenses.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Draft Law on State Budget 2025.

To cover the losses caused by the fact that the fare for the passenger transportation service of Baku Metro CJSC turned out to be below cost, a subsidy of 27.7 million manats is planned in 2025.

Currently, the fare for the metro is 50 gapiks.
