November 16, Fineko/abc.az. Montenegro is considering the possibility of visa regime for Russian citizens.

ABC.AZ reports that it i linked with preparations for joining the EU, where it is necessary to comply with the Schengen visa rules.

Now Russians can stay in Montenegro for up to 30 days without visas, and then make a short-term trip to Serbia or Bosnia, and return to start a new 30-day period.
