November 15, Fineko/abc.az. It is illegal for taxi operators to charge additional funds for the service, as well as deduct the fare several times, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA).
AYNA will take serious measures in this regard.
"Passengers faced with similar cases are asked to report this through call center AYNA 141 or on their social media accounts. The requests received from passengers regarding the quality of service in passenger transportation by taxi are considered by AYNA and measures are being taken to prevent negative situations," it is informed.
