October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Chinese automaker XPeng has begun construction of a factory on manufacture of flying cars in Guangzhou Province in the south of China.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Xinhua news agency that this will be the world's first such plant with large-scale production.

In the first phase of production, a flying module for the Land Aircraft Carrier (LAC) car will be produced at the plant with an area of 10,000 hectares. The plant will be able to produce about 10,000 such modules annually.

The company will present LAC at the Airshow China in Zhuhai. The event will take place on November 12-17. The flying module is to make its first flight in front of the public there.
