October 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) carried out all technical preparations for use on international passenger transportation routes.

ABC.AZ reports that ADY chair Rovshan Rustamov stated about this to journalists.

According to Rustamov, the issue of closing borders is regulated by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, but regardless of this decision, ADY has developed plans to restore international passenger routes and carried out technical work.
