October 9, Fineko/abc.az. Armenian businessman and ex-MP Samvel Aleksanyan was not allowed into Russia.

ABC.AZ reports that this happened because of his business activity, which came to the attention of Russian law enforcement officers.

Aleksanyan was held at the airport for several hours, and then he was demanded to leave the country. It is noteworthy that his family members crossed the Russian border without any problems.

According to the website, the Russian side refused the businessman entry because of his cooperation with Ruben Tatulyan (Sochi businessman, criminal authority Tatulyan is wanted in a new case against him, possibly related to fraud in the Sochi municipal economy), which came to the attention of Russian law enforcement officers.

Aleksanyan and his family were invited to a wedding in Russia.
