October 4, Fineko/abc.az. A fine of 200 to 4,000 manats will be imposed for throwing any objects or waste out of the car. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences.

According to the current law, a fine of 30 manats is imposed for throwing any objects out of a vehicle.
According to the draft, individuals will be fined 200 manats, officials – 1,000 manats, and legal entities – 4,000 manats for throwing waste or any items from vehicles onto the road or road structures.
